Maharashtra launches Mission Kavach Kundal
Maharashtra state govt has launched a special Covid-19 vaccination drive named Mission Kavach Kundal. the Mission Kavach Kundal will get the target of inoculating 15 lakh people every day.

Chhattisgarh gets its fourth Tiger Reserve
The Guru Ghasidas National Park and Tamor Pingla Wildlife Sanctuary in Chhattisgarh have been declared as a Tiger Reserve by the National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA).
- It has become the fourth Tiger Reserve in Chhattisgarh. earlier, the Udanti-Sitanadi, Achanakmar, and Indravati Reserves were declared as a Tiger Reserve.
- The approval was granted by the Tiger Reserve was considered by the 11th Technical Committee of the NTCA on September 1 under Section 38V(1) of The Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972.

On 8th October 2021, The 6th edition of the annual Joint Military Exercise AJEYA WARRIOR has been commenced between India and the United Kingdom. the AJEYA WARRIOR Exercise is being conducted at Chaubatia, in the Indian state of Uttarakhand.
- The main purpose of the Exercise AJEYA WARRIOR is to strengthen bilateral defence cooperation between the armies of the two countries and develop interoperability and sharing of expertise.
