Haryana Govt launches Sanjeevani Pariyojana with Deloitte
The Haryana State Govt has launched Sanjeevani Pariyojana (or ‘the life project’) in collaboration with Deloitte. the main purpose of the Sanjeevani Pariyojana initiative is to help people quickly access health care for mild to moderate symptoms of Covid-19.
- It will also provide support and resources to manage their care at home including access to virtual triage.
- It will offer support for COVID-19 field hospitals and inpatient facilities.

India’s Foreign exchange reserves cross $590 billion mark
The Foreign exchange reserves of India have crossed the $590 billion mark on the week ended 14th March. it is 43,24,574 crores in Indian rupees.
- The country’s foreign exchange reserves were $563 million and now, it reaches $590.028 billion in the week ended May 14, 2021 (As per the data released by the Reserve Bank of India).
- India has foreign currency assets of USD 546.87 billion, Gold of USD 36654 million, SDR of USD 1506 million, and a reserve position in IMF of almost USD 5,000 million.

Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery will be started from 15th June 2021. however, the Centre has given more time to jewellers to get prepared for implementation and resolve issues due to COVID-19.

- As per the European Space Agency, The finger-shaped chunk of ice, which is almost 105 miles (170 kilometers) long and 15 miles (25 kilometers) wide, was spotted by satellites as it calved from the western side of Antarctica’s Ronne Ice Shelf.
