Hallmarking of Gold Jewellery will be started from 15th June 2021. however, the Centre has given more time to jewellers to get prepared for implementation and resolve issues due to COVID-19.
- Prior to this, the implementation was to be done on 1st June 2021. there was also a committee that aimed to ensure proper coordination and resolve the implementation issues.
