China launches new communications satellite ChinaSat 1D
China has launched a new communications satellite named ChinaSat 1D (Zhongxing 1D) successfully, and This launch marked the 399th mission for the Long March series carrier rockets. the satellite was launched by a Long March-3B carrier rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Centre in southwest Sichuan Province.
- The satellite, ChinaSat 1D (Zhongxing 1D) has been Developed by the China Academy of Space Technology.
- it will help in providing high-quality voice, data, and radio and television transmission services.

Legendary Telugu lyricist Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry passes away at 66
Telugu lyricist Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry has passed away at the age of 66 due to lung cancer-related complications. he was admitted to KIMS Hospital, Secunderabad, on 24th November with pneumonia.
- Sastry has written more than 3000 songs for films such as Swayamkrushi, Swarna Kamalam, Shrutilayalu, Gaayam, Swati Kiranam, Kshana Kshanam, Sindhooram, Nuvve Kavali, Okkadu, Varsham and Gamyam among others.
- He was famous for his classical style of writing, rich with poetry.
- Sirivennela Seetharama Sastry received the Padma Shri for his contribution and excellence in the field of arts in the year 2019.
Renowned scholar Rafiqul Islam passes away at 87
The Famous scholar and national professor of Bangladesh Professor Rafiqul Islam have passed away at the age of 87 in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- Rafiqul Islam is known as the greatest scholar on the national poet of Bangladesh Kazi Nazrul Islam.
- Rafiqul was also the recipient of the SwadhintaPadak and the Ekusheypadak award (the highest civilian award of Bangladesh).
