Every year Halmstad University offers several scholarships to students from outside the EU/EEA and Switzerland with the requirement to pay tuition fees. These scholarships will be offered to students within any field of study applying to our Master’s programmes at Halmstad University.
The Halmstad University Scholarship covers 25% or 50% of the tuition fee and will be deducted from the tuition fee. The scholarships don’t cover living costs and have no grants for family members.

- Academic performance

- Who has Halmstad University as their priority on the application and applied on time.
How to apply for a scholarship at Halmstad University
- Apply for one of our Master’s programmes at University Admissions
- Pay the application fee.
- Only applicants who are qualified for Master’s programmes and are eligible for Halmstad University scholarships will be informed by email.
- Fill in the online scholarship application form.
- Provide the application number you will receive from University Admissions.
- Halmstad University will inform the recipients of scholarships by email after the first Notification of Selection Results at the end of March.
- Recipients will obtain a Scholarship nomination letter and an invoice with the deducted scholarship amount.
