LIC Cards Services Limited (LIC-CSL) has launched contactless prepaid gift card ‘Shagun’ on the RuPay platform with the help of IDBI Bank. the main purpose of it is to promote cashless ways of gifting and present a wide range of end-use choices while preparing for the foray into the e-gift card market.

  • The Shagun Gift Card will offer a flexible loading amount, ranging from ₹500 to ₹10,000 and validity of 3 years.
  • It will be used from the wide acceptability of RuPay, and also, the Shagun gift card can be used at millions of merchant outlets and e-commerce websites in India.

Social media legend Facebook has started off a new initiative named ‘Report It, Don’t Share It!’. the main purpose of this initiative is to keep children safe on the internet.

  • it will also encourage people to report abusive or harmful content, and not share it.

The Govt of India has launched the Trusted Telecom Portal @ trustedtelecom.gov.in. the Cabinet has approved the National Security Directive on Telecommunication Sector for the govt to declare a list of trusted sources and products for installation in the nation’s telecom networks.
