Government launches trusted telecom portal @trustedtelecom.gov.in
The Govt of India has launched the Trusted Telecom Portal @ trustedtelecom.gov.in. the Cabinet has approved the National Security Directive on Telecommunication Sector for the govt to declare a list of trusted sources and products for installation in the nation’s telecom networks.
- Under this portal, the Cyber wing of the National Security Council Secretariat will help in making necessary telecom service providers that will use the equipment through trusted or authentic sources only.
