Yukon College was known as Yukon Vocational and Technical Training Centre. It received its college status in the year 1983. In the beginning, Yukon was a community college that later shifted into a public university. The college specialized coaches to help students with writing tips, and math tips through one-on-one meetings or video-conferencing. The Yukon College aims to provide benefits to the Yukon, the North, Canada, and the world by creating, preserving, and communicating knowledge via its teaching, research, and scholarship.

Yukon College Campus
The College has a Campus and Each of the 13 campuses is located throughout Yukon and offers post-secondary education. Several clubs furnish extra-curricular rejuvenation – weekly art classes, fitness classes, skiing, etc.
There is a student union that is responsible for organizing student activities and events such as pub nights, films, speakers, sports, and barbecues.
It has a campus store that handles everything from textbooks to snacks, to clothing to student training allowances, etc.

Scholarship offered at Yukon College
International students can apply for the scholarships offered by the college to study in Canada. The scholarship is offered based on academic or personal achievements. You must hold a GPA of 2.0 to apply.
