What is Pneumonia?
- Pneumonia is an infection causing an inflammatory response in the lung and is caused by bacterial infections, viral infections like influenza. COVID 19 virus can also cause pneumonia and can cause serious inflammatory damage to them.

- People who have low socioeconomic status and those with impaired immunity are affected with pneumonia.

- Poor nutritional intake among children
- Having immunocompromised conditions like HIV
