- On 11th May, The MP State govt has started off a scheme named as FIR Aapke Dwar Scheme in Bhopal. due to this, MP has become as 1st state in the india who implemented such kind of an innovative scheme in the state.

Benifits of FIR Aapke Dwar Yojana ?
- According to Yojana, a person will not have to go to police station to lodge an FIR.
- As a pilot project, almost 23 Police Stations has been included that will work under this scheme and there are one urban and one rural Police Station also included.
How can a person lodge FIR ?
- Head Constables will be available who will register people’s complaints under the scheme.
- In case of serious complaints, guidance then, FIR will be forwarded to senior officers.
- also, this scheme will enable to lodge FIR on the spot.
- Along with it, Home Minister also started off a helpline ‘Dial 112’ that will enable instant availability of ambulance, police, and fire fighting services in short time.
