National Bootlegger’s Day 2023
Every year, National Bootlegger’s Day is observed on 17th January to commemorate important events, including the beginning of prohibition in the United States, the distillation of Templeton Rye whiskey, and the birthday of infamous gangster Al Capone.
- In 2015, Infinium Spirits established National Bootlegger’s Day to mark the birth of Templeton Rye, a whiskey distilled by farmers in Templeton, Iowa, during the height of Prohibition.
