Indian Railways and Truecaller join hands to build trust in communication for passengers
The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has made a partnership with caller identification platform Truecaller. as per the partnership, Truecaller will help in verifying and identifying calls, which will reduce fraud by assuring people that critical communication like your booking details & PNR status are being delivered by IRCTC.
- The Truecaller will show the 139 Helpline with a green verified business badge logo in an effort to reduce fraudulent activities.
- Poeple will see a verified SMS message headers that will highlight that customers are calling for receiving the communication about their bookings and other travel details from IRCTC only.
