India win a Gold Medal in women’s 25m pistol team event at Cairo ISSF World Cup 2022 – Indian Rahi Sarnobat, Esha Singh and Rhythm Sangwan have clinched gold in the women’s 25m pistol team event on the penultimate day of the International Shooting Sport Federation World Cup in Cairo on 6th March 2022 (Sunday).
- Indian team defeated Singapore’s Shun Xie Teo, Xiu Hong Teh and Ling Chiao Nicole Tan, 17-13.
- On the other hand, Anish Bhanwala, Gurpreet Singh and Bhavesh Shekhawat have received a silver medal in 25m Rapid Fire Pistol Team event.
- Germany’s Christian Reitz, Oliver Geis and Florian Peter beat the Indian men’s 25m pistol team of Anish Bhanwala, Gurpreet Singh and Bhavesh Shekhawat by 17-7.
