E-Yuva Scheme by BIRAC
Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) has introduced a scheme named E-Yuva. E-Yuva stands for Empowering Youth for Undertaking Value Added Innovative Translational Research.
- it aims to promote applied research and need-oriented entrepreneurial innovation among young students and researchers.
- E-YUVA scheme is implemented with the help of E-YUVA Centres (EYCs) to inculcate entrepreneurial culture through fellowship, pre-incubation and mentoring support.
E-Yuva Scheme categories
- BIRAC’s Innovation Fellows (for postgraduates and above)
- BIRAC’s E-Yuva Fellows (for undergraduate students)
