PM-Daksh Yojana

PM-Daksh Yojana – Department of Social Justice and Empowerment launched PM-DAKSH Portal and PM-DAKSH Mobile App on 7th August 2021. PM-DAKSH Portal URL is “pmdaksh.dosje.gov.in” and Mobile App “PM-DAKSH” is available on the Google Play Store. Govt has earmarked Rs.84.00 crores amount under the Yojana for the year 2022-23.

Objectives of PM DAKSH

• The main purpose of the PM DAKSH scheme is to increase the skill levels of the target youth by providing for long-term and short-term skills, followed by a settlement in wage employment/self-employment.

Features of PM DAKSH

• Training Institutes (TIs) provide Training under the scheme and Government Training Institutions and Private Institutions are empanelled with the Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY) scheme of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).
• The trained candidates are required to provide wage/self-employment as per the Skill Development Training Programme (SDTP) under PM-DAKSH Yojana.
