71 years old The senior BJP leader Bachi Singh Rawat has died due to difficulty in breathing. he was a former Union Minister of State for Science and Technology in the Atal Bihari Vajpayee government.
- Rawat also was elected as four-time MP from the Almora-Pithoragarh constituency in Uttarakhand.
