Bhubaneswar becomes first Indian city to vaccinate 100% against COVID-19
Bhubaneswar City has become the first city in the country that has achieved 100 percent COVID-19 vaccination. a massive vaccination drive against Covid-19 was started by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) and operated 55 centers for citizens at all times for vaccines.
- BMC has recorded almost 9,00,000 people who are aged above 18. including 31 thousand healthcare workers, 33 thousand front-line workers. apart from this, BMC recorded around 5,17,000 people (age group of 18 to 44 years) and 3,25,000 are above 45 years of age.
