- IIT(Indian Institute of Technology) Madras has remained at the first spot as per Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements’ (ARIIA) 2020. On 18th August 2020, Vice President Venkaiah Naidu released the Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation Achievements in the presence of Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank.
