5 per cent Reservation in Judicial Service for MBC
- The Rajasthan State Government has approved five (5) per cent reservations to the More Backward Classes(MBC) in judicial service on 2nd August 2020. In the year 2019, Rajasthan Govt cleared Backward Classes Amendment Act in order to provide 5 per cent reservations to the MBC community.

- the bill includes five (5) castes – Gurjar, Gadiya, Luhar, Banjara, Rebari, and Raika. these are five castes have been categorised as Other Backward Classes(OBC) and came under the MBC classification.
