- Your ID and examination slip
- Your personal alcohol and vaccination card
- Only qualifiers whose names are posted will be allowed entry to the campus premises.
- Only qualifiers will be entertained for orientation (no parents, guardians, or representatives will be allowed
- Qualifying is Not Equivalent or Enrollment. Qualifiers are not automatically enrolled; a separate enrollment procedure will be discussed during the orientation
- There is no Reservation of Slots. Those who will attend orientation must proceed with the enrolment process on the announced schedule. Failure to attend orientation and enrolment on schedule is tantamount to forfeiture of admission to the University
