The American Radio Relay League (ARRL) Foundation offers a scholarship program to support the growth of Amateur Radio through its numerous scholarship programs. The foundation launched the scholarship to honor two radio pioneers – Tom and Judith Comstock.
The program covers $2,000 to one recipient a year. Candidates must have an active Amateur Radio License Class, and be pursuing or about to be pursuing a college degree will be able to apply for the program. high school seniors and undergraduates can also apply for scholarships.
