RBI keeps Repo Rate unchanged at 4.0 percent

RBI keeps Repo Rate unchanged at 4.0 percent – The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has kept the repo rate unchanged at 4 per cent and the reverse repo rate at 3.35 per cent.

• Also, The bank has slashed the gross domestic product (GDP) rate projection to 7.2 per cent for the financial year 2022-23. prior to this, GDP was estimated to be 7.8 per cent.
• The inflation forecast will be increased to 5.7 per cent compared to the previous estimate of 4.5 per cent.

• Policy Repo Rate: 4.00%
• Reverse Repo Rate: 3.35%
• Marginal Standing Facility Rate: 4.25%
• Bank Rate: 4.25%
• CRR: 4.00%
• SLR: 18.00%
