Mann Ki Baat 2.0
On 31 May 2020, The Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi addressed 12th Episode of ‘Mann Ki Baat 2.0’. During addressing the public, Narendra Modi launched a video blogging competition named as “My Life, My Yoga”.
The My Life, My Yoga or Jeevan Yoga Key Points
- The Ministry of AYUSH has made efforts with the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) for My Life My Yoga contest.
- The Aim of contest is to present transformative impact of yoga on the lives of individuals.
- The contest is to observe on 21 June.
- There will be 2 phases. in the irst phase, an international video blogging contest will be taken place and winners of contest will be chosen within a country. in next phase, global prize winners will be chosen from winners from different nations of world.
There are three categories in which Participants can be part of contest
- youth -aged under 18
- adults -above 18 years
- yoga professionals
- there will be separated contest for male and female contestants.
- To be the part of contest, a participant will have to upload a 3-minute video of three Yogic practices such as kriya, asana, pranayama, bandha, or mudra, including a short video message or description on how the said Yogic practices influenced their life.
Awarded prizes List
1st Prize – Rs.1 lakh
2nd Prize – Rs. 50,000
3rd Prize – Rs. 25,000
