Jammu and Kashmir Lt Governor Manoj Sinha announced three New Schemes namely Holistic Development of Agriculture & Allied Sectors, Aspirational Towns, and Aspirational Panchayat for J&K Union Territory. New Schemes will have an outlay of 5013 crore rupees.
