Jharkhand launches SAAMAR campaign for malnutrition
The state government of Jharkhand has launched a new campaign named SAAMAR. SAAMAR campaign will aim to tackle malnutrition in the state.
- SAAMAR full form – Strategic Action for Alleviation of Malnutrition and Anemia Reduction.
- The campaign will play a role to identify anemic women and malnourished children to effectively deal with the problem in a state where malnutrition has been a major problem.
