ISAWWA or Illinois Section American Water Works Association is an organization that aims to offer resources for the advocacy of safe and sustainable water via enriching membership, mentoring, and increasing public awareness. The ISAWWA award includes a total of $1,500 and is given across each year of the three-year Illinois Public Service Institute program.
Students must attend the Illinois Public Service Institute and must be enrolled in a course related to the water industry. The scholarship is merit-based to show their dedication to the field and how their contribution.
