Each year, the New England Water Works Association (NEWWA) offers the George E. Watters Memorial Scholarship of $5,000 to a deserving student pursuing an undergraduate degree in civil engineering at a four-year college or university program. Applicants will be notified of awards in July after the Scholarship Committee has reviewed all applications.
