G C Murmu elected Chairman of ASOSAI for 2024-2027
The Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India G C Murmu have appointed as the new Chairman of the Assembly of the Asian Organisation of Supreme Audit Institutions (ASOSAI) for a period of three years from 2024-27.
- The 56th governing board of ASOSAI made his appointment of Murmu during the 15th Assembly of ASOSAI.
- India is going to host the 16th Assembly of ASOSAI in 2024.
