DSWD Senior Citizens Pension Application: The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has said that only poor, sickly, or disabled senior Citizens without any form of pension, family support, or steady income are eligible to receive assistance under the agency’s Social Pension for Indigent Senior Citizens Program (SocPen). Under the DSWD, a PHP 3,000 stipend each, amounting to a total disbursement of PHP 533,589,0000, will be offered.
DSWD Senior Citizens Pension Application Requirements
- Letter of Authorization
- Valid ID of the beneficiary.
- Valid ID of the Representative
- Social pension application form.
- The latest picture of a senior citizen holding a calendar.
- Medical Certificate of the beneficiary with PRC license number
DSWD Senior Citizen Application 2025 Eligibility
Age: Applicant’s age must be 60 years old and above
Physical condition: Applicants should be frail, sickly, or have a disability.
Income: Applicants must not have a regular pension from SSS, GSIS, PVAO, or other government or Private institutions.
Support: Applicants must not hold a permanent source of income, compensation, or financial assistance from a relative to support basic needs.
