National Dental Commission Bill 2023
The National Dental Commission Bill, 2023 was passed in the Rajya Sabha of Parliament on August 08, 2023, aimed at seeking to align dental education with universal standards. The bill will provide directions for the establishment of a Central National Dental Commission in place of the “Dental Council of India”.

Dharmendra Pradhan (Union Education and Skill Development Minister), Culture Minister G Kishan Reddy and IT Minister Rajeev Chandrasekhar launched the initiative called ‘Changing Lives, Building Future: Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in North East’.
