D. Gukesh won La Roda International Open chess title – Indian Grandmaster Dommaraju Gukesh won the 48th La Roda International Open chess tournament title in Castile-La Mancha, Spain, beat Israel’s Victor Mikhalevski in the final round.
- Armenia’s GM Haik M. Martirosyan got 2nd place with 7.5 points.
- followed by Indian GM Rameshbabu Praggnanandhaa, Raunak Sadhwani (India), Manuel Lopez Martinez Josep (Spain) and Ramon Martinez (Venezuela) placed 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th respectively.
