Colonel Dr Girija Mungali as member of Asian Football Confederation task-force
Dr Girija Shanker Mungali is elected as a member of the Asian Football Confederation’s task force. he is a retired Colonel. At present, the task force has 7 members. the main purpose of the task force is to control football clubs in Asia and Australia.
Who is Girija Shanker Mungali?
- At present, he is serving as the Chairman of the Club Licensing Committee of the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
- Dr Girija has registered his name as 1st Indian who is appointed to the committee.
- he will help in creating more opportunities for young footballers and will promote them.
- On 15th Sept 2020, Dato’ Windsor John announced his appointment. Windsor John is serving as the General Secretary of the Asian Football Confederation. Mungali will work till the year 2023.
