- The IPL team Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has removed team doctor — Dr. Madhu Thottappillil due to posting controversial tweet about the current India-China face-off at Ladakh.
- Chennai Super Kings said on its official Twitter handle that “The Chennai Super Kings(CSK) management was not aware of the personal tweet of team doctor Dr. Madhu Thottappillil. Madhu has been suspended from his post as the Team Doctor. Chennai Super Kings(CSK) regrets his tweets which was without the knowledge of the Management and in bad taste,”
