- Indian railways has launched An Artificial Intelligence enabled robot named as “CAPTAIN ARJUN”. CAPTAIN ARJUN AI robot will bring rapidness in the screening of passengers and surveillance and keep a watch on anti-social elements. CAPTAIN ARJUN is having motion sensor, one PTZ camera and one Dome Camera and along with it, it has sensor-based sanitizer as well as mask dispenser to monitor anti-social elements.
- Cameras are based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms that are able to track suspicious and antisocial activities at stations. robot includes inbuilt siren, motion activated spotlight and internal storage that may be used by robot to make a record if its network fails.
