Bahrain Grand Prix 2023 – The Bahrain Grand Prix (جائزة البحرين الكبرى), officially called the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix for sponsorship reasons, is a Formula One motor racing event in Bahrain. The first race was held at the Bahrain International Circuit on 4 April 2004.
It created history as the first Formula One Grand Prix to be conducted in the Middle East and was presented the award for the “Best Organised Grand Prix” by the FIA.
It has been the 3rd race of the Formula One calendar. but, in the year, Bahrain was replaced with the traditional opener, the Australian Grand Prix. Bahrain launched the opening race of the 2010 season. Later, the Bahrain Grand Prix was the season opener in the year 2021 due to the cancellation of the 2021 Australian Grand Prix.
