Abhishek Verma elected to World Archery’s athletes committee
Indian archer Abhishek Verma has been chosen to World Archery’s athletes’ committee. Abhishek is a three-time World Cup gold medal-winning compound archer and will serve for a period of four years.
- Abhishek is selected with women’s world champion Natalia Avdeeva of Russia.
- Abhishek has achieved gold medals in the World Cups in Poland (2015) and Paris.
- He also won the yellow metal in World Cup in Shanghai in 2018.
