- The Ex parliament member (MP) and famoues Vishwa Bandhu Gupta has passed away. he was in touch with the Congress party during the 1980s and he had served between April 1984 and 1990s as a Member of Parliament from Delhi.
- Along with it, Vishwa Bandhu also had served as Chairman and Editor-in-chief of the Tej-Bandhu group of publications and became President of the All India Newspaper Editors Conference during his career.
