Step 2: On the home page, you will click on ‘Update’ option.
Step 3: Next, you will click on the link “Application form link for 2,800 CHO”.
Step 4: here, you will be asked to enter required personal details and contact details
Step 5: You will get ID and Password through registered Phone number and Email Id.
Step 6: Now, you will log in again
Step 7: Fill the application form and upload all the required documents
Step 8: Candidates can take a print of it for future use.
