Rs 8000 crore was launched for “Disaster Recovery Management”

The Centre asked its employees to take a short duration ‘Y-Break – Yoga at office chair’ to de-stress, refresh and refocus. In order to promote this new Yoga protocol for the people at the workplace, the personnel ministry has asked all central government ministries/departments.

- Ministry of AYUSH introduced Y-Break at the workplace with an aim to get de-stressed, refreshed, and re-focused at the workplace.
- The Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga, Ministry of AYUSH added new features for the officials, who owing to their busy schedule, cannot go out and practice Yoga.

- The officials will get benefits while sitting in their office chairs by practicing a short-duration Yoga protocol namely “Y-Break@workplace yoga” at the chair to refresh, de-stress and refocus, said the order dated June 12th, 2023.

- The yoga Break (Y-Break) protocol is designed with the aim to help professionals to de–stress, refresh and refocus.

Guwahati Railway Station gets the ‘Eat Right Station’ certificate
Guwahati Railway Station in Assam under North East Frontier Railway Department was honored with the “Eat Right Station” certificate by FSSAI for delivering high-quality and nutritious food to passengers.

The Madhya Pradesh government transferred Rs 6423 crores to farmers’ bank accounts at the Kisan-Kalyan event in Rajgarh. Along with it, Madhya Pradesh CM also inaugurated the Mohanpura-Kundalia pressure pipe irrigation system project built at a cost of Rs 8481 crore.
Arunachal Pradesh government launched an app called “ArunPol”
The Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh launched the ‘ArunPol App’ of the state police and flagged off an awareness vehicle for the same from the state secretariat in Itanagar on June 14th, 2023.
- The “ArunPol” App will be helpful for common people to “submit their complaints to key police officers without having to visit the police station”.
