The Comptroller and Auditor General (C&AG) of India is the Chair of the Supreme Audit Institutions-20 (SAI20) Engagement Group under India’s G20 Presidency. The SAI20 Summit will be held in the state of Goa between the 12th and 14th of June 2023. CAG of India Shri Girish Chandra Murmu will give the inaugural speech on 12th June 2023.

The 53rd Director General Level Border Coordination Conference between India’s Border Security Force (BSF) and the Border Guard of Bangladesh (BGB) was held. the meeting will continue for four days. the BSF delegation of India led by Director General, BSF, Dr Sujoy Lal Thaosen, will meet the BGB delegation headed by Maj Gen A K M Nazmul Hasan.

• The conference aims to discuss border-related issues and better coordination between both border guarding forces.
• It will also focus on the discussions on how to jointly curb the various trans-border crimes and timely sharing of information between both the border guarding forces.
