Telangana begins Dharani Portal for land and property registrations
The Chief Minister of Telangana state K Chandrasekhar Rao has introduced the web portal named Dharani on 29th October 2020. the Dharani web portal will be for land and property registrations in the state.
Dharani Web Portal:
- it is a one-stop portal which will consist of all land and property-related transactions and their documentation.
- The govt will work through this portal such as registrations and mutations, property transactions and so on.
- The portal will play an important role in eliminating any loopholes in the registration process and will keep property-related information online.
- Due to the portal, registration, succession and even partition of agriculture lands could be simplified and will complete all process within a few minutes. the landowners will able to get the E-Pattadar passbook on the spot.
