Mauritius’s island has decided to set A state of environmental emergency” as a Japanese bulk carrier “MV Wakashio”. The ship was stranded for 14 days and tons of fuel started leaking into the surrounding waters.

As per the environmentalists, the ship is at near a marine park and will create an ecological disaster, endangering corals, fish and other marine life around the Indian Ocean island.
