Ravinder Singh Dhillon appointed CMD of REC Ltd – Shri Ravinder Singh Dhillon has been elected as the additional charge of CMD-REC by the Ministry of Power, Government of India. Presently, He is serving as the Chairman and Managing Director of a holding company viz., Power Finance Corporation Limited (PFC).
- The appointment of Ravinder Singh Dhillon as Chairman and Managing Director of the company will come into effect from May 10, 2022.
Who is Ravinder Singh Dhillon
- Dhillon is holding a B.E. (Electrical) degree from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, and an M. Tech. in Power Systems from IIT Delhi.
- He is having over 35 years of experience spread across the entire value chain of the power sector.
- He also served as Chairman and Managing Director in PFC, Mr. Dhillon was Director (Projects) in PFC.
