Rajasthan passes RTH Bill, is the first Indian State, Intends to Provide Free Emergency Treatment – Prasadi Lal Meena (Minister of Medical & Health, Rajasthan) informed that the earlier postulated RTH Bill has been passed at the Assembly. The Right to Health Bill was first introduced in September 2022. Rajasthan has become the first state in India to pass a manifesto in the Rajasthan Legislative Assembly. every citizen of the state will take access Out Patient Department (OPD) and In-Patient Department (IPD) services at all hospitals or public healthcare facilities.
