PM-YUVA 2.0: Check application process, last date to apply, scholarship and other details

PM YUVA 2.0: The Ministry of Education launched the YUVA 2.0 (Young, Upcoming and Versatile Authors) scheme on October 2nd, 2022. YUVA 2.0 is an Author Mentorship programme that aims to train young and budding authors who are under the age of 30. A total of 75 authors will be chosen for the mentorship which will be from March 1, 2023, to August 31, 2023. The theme of PM-YUVA 2.0 is Democracy (Institutions, Events, People, and Constitutional Values).

PM YUVA 2.0: How to apply, last date

Interested candidates can join the contest between October 2, 2022 – 30 November 2022. for applying, The participants will have to submit a Book proposal of 10,000 words.

How to participate, step-by-step guide:

Step 1: Visit the official website i.e. https://innovateindia.mygov.in/yuva/

Step 2: On the homepage, click on the ‘Click here to submit option.

Step 3: Participants can log in to their respective MY Gov accounts. OTP will be received by the Applicants on the registered email id or phone number. Users can also log in with Parichay / MeriPehchaan or use Social Profile.

Step 4: After Logging in, a submission form will appear- users have to fill in the required details and submit the Book proposal of 10,000 words.

PM YUVA 2.0: Result

The results will be declared on February 28, 2023, post the evaluation process from December 1, 2022, to January 31, 2023.

At the end of training and mentorship, a consolidated scholarship of Rs. 50,000 per month for a period of six months per author will be delivered under the Mentorship Scheme for the books developed under the scheme.

The books prepared under this scheme will be published by the NBT and also will be translated into other Indian languages ensuring the exchange of culture and literature in order to promote ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’.
