NSO predicts Indian economy to contract by 7.7% in 2020-21
As per the National Statistical Office (NSO), the Indian Economy will contract 8% for 2020-21.
- The government had forecasted a GDP contraction of 7.7 per cent in its first advance estimate.
- As per the 3rd quarter GDP data, the Indian economy came out of the recession and expanded by 0.4 per cent.
