NPCI begins its subsidiary firm NIPL –
- On 20th August 2020, NPCI (National Payments Corporation of India) has begun its subsidiary firm named NPCI International Payments Ltd (NIPL).
- Apart from this, Ritesh Shukla has been elected as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of NIPL.
- NIPL will join into international markets and co-create payment systems with participating countries. the main focus of it is to internationalize of RuPay and UPI and will also offer few more NPCI.
