Maha Parwana Plan
- In order to attract fresh investment in industries, Maharashtra State Govt has introduced “Maha Parwana” project. This project will provide ncentives and a single window clearance system.
Points to Remember –
- The companies will get relaxation after getting clearances from multiple departments with assurance letters(Maha Parwana).
- industries will be able to get the 25 odd statutory permissions and instant approval from others departments in the period of 30 days.
- in a case when, a company doesn’t get clearance during the given period then company will get automatically deemed as cleared.
