Lillian A. Devison Scholarship is an annual scholarship and is offered to honor the memory of the late Lillian A. Devison, who was a long-time employee of the FICC. The scholarship is sponsored by Your Community Foundation of North Central West Virginia, a foundation, aimed at promoting philanthropy and building endowment funds to benefit its communities.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a graduate of an accredited four-year undergraduate college or university.
- Must show proof of acceptance into the graduate program at a college or university in the state of West Virginia.
Application Process
A Grant Committee composed of three members of the Board of Directors of Your Community Foundation as named by the chairman will choose the recipient(s) of the scholarship based on a review of the applications

Selection Process
The scholarship application will be evaluated based on the academic transcript, résumé, and geographical eligibility.
