As per the notification, the National Testing Agency is going to conduct the IIT JEE Main 2024 exam in two sessions – January and April. The JEE Mains Session 1 Exam is scheduled from 24th January to and 1st February 2024. The JEE Mains Session 2 Exam is scheduled from 4th April to 15th April 2024. The JEE (Main) 2024 will be held in two sessions for admissions in the next academic session. JEE (Main) 2024 Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) will be held in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only. JEE Main Paper 2A (B. Arch) Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) will be held in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode only and Drawing Test Part-III in pen and paper (offline) mode, to be attempted on a drawing sheet of A4 size. JEE Main Exam Date 2024: Paper Duration
The JEE (Main) 2024 will take place in two sessions for admissions in the next academic session. JEE Main Paper 1 will be held for admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs (B.E/ B.Tech.) at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions (CFTIs), and Institutions/ Universities funded/ recognized by participating State Governments.
The JEE Main 2024 exam will be held in two shifts daily for 3 hours each. However, Candidates who will be appearing in both Paper 1 and Paper 2 will be given 3 hours 30 minutes.
